[MEMO] d3 not DDD

Hello all!

As mentioned in a short article on my blog today, Brian and I decided
that it would be much less confusing to the world if we settled with
a new abbreviated name for Dialogue-Driven Development. We settled
with d3... lowercase d and a 3.

It looks something like this:
