Hi Allan!

My team has used them a couple times for retros and enjoyed the different approach!

It would be great if we could tweak them to our projects/contexts, or to be able to change out the quotations around the border. Have a place to carry over the action items from the previous retro so that the team could explicity discuss whether/how there were addressed before tackling new ones.
I present frequently to BA and QA groups, and in my latest, "Rock your Retros!" I share different techniques and approaches to doing retros, and I include your dialogue sheets!

    Hello everyone in this group!

InfoQ are carrying a update to my original article on Dialogue Sheets.
    http://www.infoq.com/articles/dialogue-sheets-revisited

    Anyone got anything to add?

I originally hoped this group would be a place to share experiences with
the Dialogue Sheets, find new applications and resolve any problems people
    might have.

Nothing to add from my side allan, I've been working with pretty experienced people / teams and they have been able to facilitate themselves.

Terry,

My team has used them a couple times for retros and enjoyed the different approach!

Great!

If you have some suggestions for questions - or quotes, I'm always looking for good quotes - please send them over.

I expect that some teams will want to produce their own sheets, in fact it surprises me a little that none have to date.  I can share my files as a starting point, trouble is they are in Mac OmniGraffle.

Arh... I added a "T4" sheet a few months ago which explicitly asks teams to consider the action items from previous retrospectives, rank themselves and consider those items in this retro.

Excellent!
