Urgent - Webhook issues

to Dialogflow Essentials Edition users
I'm running a basic chatbot that uses webhooks to complete part of the conversation. In some instances, the webhook works fine but in the majority of cases the webhook fails to respond with a No matched intent

Any help would be appreciated ... also I'm not a techie

Seems that you don't have any fallback intent. You can put a fallback intent to handle when a user say something that the bot cant understand.
