x`Session timeouts and multisession

Hi all,

I'm on a discovery phase of a project and has a couple of questions on Dialogflow ES that I'm not able to find info on.

1.  If a user interacts with Dialogflow ES, but then steps away for a good amount of time before completing the interaction, does Dialogflow ES reset after a certain amount of time of inactivity?  If so, how long can Dialogflow ES be inactive before reseting?  What is best practice?

2.  If a user has an interaction with Dialogflow ES in one window of a browser and then has a separate interaction with Dialogflow ES in a separate tab of the browser, are both conversations active and treated like two separate conversations or is there any kind of relationship between the two conversations?  If the latter, how is the information stored?  Are cookies involved?

Hello I will try to answer both of your questions.

1. Dialogflow can be keep up to 30 mins based from the documentation

2. You should be able to use both of the interaction, since they are being used on different windows.
