Hi,

I'm integrating twilio voice to dialogflow ES. Is it possible to trigger the welcome intent on connect of call without user saying anything in the start? What can be done?

This was possible in the google telephony integration, so would be the best way for twilio integration?

to Dialogflow Essentials Edition users

You have to use the “wait-open” option to delay the welcome intent. You can see this link with the same issue.
