Google Dialogflow v2 API with Spring Boot in Eclipse

Hey everyone,

Sorry I am fairly new to Dialogflow and the Java Client Library.

I am trying to query for intents from my Spring Boot application and I am getting this error:

io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: PERMISSION_DENIED: Dialogflow API has not been used in project 764086051850 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/dialogflow.googleapis.com/overview?project=764086051850 then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.


I created the service account in the GCP and gave it the appropriate Dialogflow roles, is it because of the JSON key not being imported?

Client libraries require GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS environment variable to point to a service account key file. Did you set that variable?
