Which custom payload should I use to send random images or messages manually with Custom Payload with DialogFlow for Telegram?

Example:

Message: Test
Response: URL Photo:www.image1.png,www.image2.png,www.image3.png

Me: Test

Bot: image1.png

Me: Test

Bot: image3.png

Me: Test

Bot: image2.png

In my opinion, the easiest way is to send random images. But it depends on the type of end user. You can maybe use images with some text. You can see this link about different kinds of responses, and you could use the one that better adapts to your project.
