Chatbot in Workplace not responding

Hi,

Context: 
Integration between Dialogflow chatbot to Workplace By Facebook

Our chatbot has been implemented for closed to a year.
Now that the bot is not responding to any user input.
Suspected to be the app integration review in Workplace.
Please help.

Hi,

Besides a specific case about user id mismatch in the Facebook Workplace payload received by Dialogflow, I haven't found any similar issue recently.
AFAIK,  Dialogflow doesn't perform any translation for the payload data, the payload received by Dialogflow is what Facebook has sent to it. So unless you made any recent change in your code, there could be some recent change made on Workplace's side on their payload (was that what you meant with "app integration review in Workplace"?). I suggest you to contact Facebook Workplace team to clarify if any such change in the payload may have been done lately.
