I get an error when uploading a csv file into the Knowledge section to use as a database for FAQs. Are there some parameters that need to be followed that I need to know about? What typically causes an error for this? There are no commas or double quotes in the document. I simply have one column for questions and another for answers. I even tried a small sample of the document and it would not load. Attached is the sample document.

Hello,
The CSV file you attached has one comma in rows 8 to 62 and a wrong format from rows 63 to 114. If you remove all those rows and leave only the rows 1 to 7, it should work because those rows have the correct format which is; questions in the first column and answers in the second, with no header (Reference).
Best,
Kevin

Kevin, can you answer this question?
I am using google Dialogflow messenger as the service that Dialogflow uses for my FAQ Chatbot. It is working well for just text answers. I am not a programmer and am looking for the simplest way to allow a user to go to a web page from the answer they are given. In some of the intents I have setup, I have put in a link to a web page as part of the "Text Response" / answer. It would be great if they could just click the link and go to the page but that is not happening. If a button was available for them to click to go to the page that would do it. I can use a different service than google Dialogflow messenger such as Kommunicate, but was hoping not to do that. What is the best and simplest solution for this?
