SSML for Phone Gateway

Hi,

I am using a webhook to get info from an external site, and when I run the intent on a text based chat, it works, but when I run the intent over the phone, it gives an empty response. This might be because it doesn't speak the text, even though it does receive the information from the webhook. Is there some SSML code I can use so that the phone agent speaks the text it gets from the webhook?

Hi, 

I would start by these SSML examples and for code samples, you can check out this Text-to-Speech SSML tutorial. 

Note that currently you would need to modify extracted values into a format that is read individually by adding spaces (12345 becomes 1 2 3 4 5) as indicated on this public thread.
