DialogFlow Test 1st Chat: Permission Denied

I am newbie to DialogFlow and Chatbox tech.  Following along with the "How to Make a Simple Chatbot in Under 10 Minutes (No Coding Dialogflow)" Youtube tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua1pgeWg6vw) and attempted the first test (hightlighted at approx 6:30 min mark).  Google Assistant responded "Permission Denied."  

So, what did I miss?

Hi Bill,

The creator of the video is using Google DailogFlow[1] this one of Google Cloud platform Product.  but  In order to use Dialog Flow you need to be logged in .

You can do this quickstart[1] to get familiar with DialogFlow[2].

As you are following the youtube video you may need to post a comment to the owner to  give more detail on the step  he followed.
