Capturing Query Text from Intent Json Structure

Hi guys,

I am trying to caprture query text from an intent which is having two entities with prompt questions. If user directly triggers intent by filling two entities, capturing of query text is simple. But if user failed to fill any entity and bot prompts question then user responds to it, initial query text is getting over written. I want to capture the first query text given by user whether it is filling entities or not.
