Facing lag while opening dialogflow console.

   The dialogflow console page is loading however it is opening up. is anyone else facing similar issue.

This Dialogflow web console issue was published as a message on top of the Google Cloud Status Dashboard [1] for its whole duration. Otherwise, as per documentation [2] the Dialogflow issue is reported in the support center [3] if you have a support plan.

There is an ongoing Feature request [4] to have a distinct Dialogflow service status that you can star [5] to get automatic updates about when it will be implemented.
