how to upload traning text file of chinese version?

dear all, it seems that the system can't recognize the chinese version text when uploading training file, any solution to that? thank you!

please check that you are following the official recommendations about training files, and check also languages coverage table.

If you are fulfilling all the requirements and recommendations, I would suggest to share the input file here (after removing any sensitive information from it) to let us try to replicate your issue.
