Changing default language for CX agents

Hi. 

Is it possible for me to change the default language of my agent (example: 'en' to 'fil') through the CX console? If not, is there a workaround for changing it without me recreating all the flows, intents, and pages?

Looks like there is no option to change it, i tried finding it but with no help. one workaround might be export the agent flows, and then create a new agent and import the flows.
If you find any option, please do share it :)

The default language is immutable for an existing agent.
