I’ve notified the Dialogflow internal teams regarding this matter and they are already looking into this.
Note that Google Groups are meant mostly for general discussion. To report issues, prefer using other channels.
For your use case, you may consider filing via Issue Trackers for Dialogflow CX here so you can also track the issue on your end. Usually, the external ticket which will be created in the Issue Tracker will be tagged to an internal ticket of the issue. Once the internal ticket is closed, the external ticket will be updated accordingly.
