CX Phone gateway - Webhook request doesn't contains callerid & destination number?

I'm using the CX Phone Gateway integration,  WebhookRequest doesn't include caller telephone number and/or dialed number in the POST body. 

I can't find any setting to enable/disable. Can DialogFlow CX webhook request include above telephone data?

Found in the documentation "You can retrieve the caller_id value from the payload field in the webhook request."
However, I don't see any payload field in the request.

Troubleshooting more on this issues, it looked this is an intermittent issues.
Sometimes, payload contains "telephony" info, but not on all calls.

Is this a known issues?

I’ve notified the Dialogflow internal teams regarding this matter and they are already looking into this.

Note that Google Groups are meant mostly for general discussion. To report issues, prefer using other channels. 

For your use case, you may consider filing via Issue Trackers for Dialogflow CX here so you can also track the issue on your end. Usually, the external ticket which will be created in the Issue Tracker will be tagged to an internal ticket of the issue. Once the internal ticket is closed, the external ticket will be updated accordingly.
