Hi,
As there’s no “star rating” option/page directly implemented into Dialogflow CX, you can create a form for a “Customer Feedback” page at the end of your flow. The page will prompt the customer to answer a question like “How was your experience with the app?”. Later on you can get the values entered by the customer calling the API.Hello,
I could not find a tutorial for your specific use case (gathering feedback) but I have found something quite similar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGDHoxwg3Bo
In this example there is a “breakfast-type” entity type defined in a page, you may use a similar approach by defining a “feedback” entity type in the flow’s final page, then defining the allowed values for the entity (Poor, Average, Excellent) and describing the allowed answers in the agent's question: for example “how would you rate your experience with the us? (please enter one of the following: Poor, Average, Excellent)"
