Custom payloads for multiple integrated platforms

Hi Folk,

I am trying to build a bot on Dialogflow CX which is integrated with Line and Messenger platform. I need to send custom messages for each platform which can definitely be done using custom payload.  

My problem is when I write one custom payload for Messenger and one for the LINE. Messenger works fine but LINE stop responding. How can I differentiate them?

Currently, there is no way to differentiate integration custom payloads in Dialogflow CX like on Dialogflow ES. We created a feature request on your behalf and informed the appropriate internal team.

However, since LINE is the only integration that does not respond when there are custom payloads for other integrations in the fulfillment, a possible workaround for this issue is to export and restore your current agent to another agent dedicated for your LINE integration that only has LINE custom payloads in the fulfillment.

I urge all fellow developers which are interested and/or use Dialogflow CX, to check the feature link and visit the IssueTracker and star the issue. Since starring the issue more times makes it more important, this would also influence the feature's development speed :) Thanks.

A possible workaround is recommended here [1]  until this is implemented in Dialogflow CX. I would also suggest the same i.e. check the feature link and visit the Issue Tracker and star the issue in order to makes it more important. This could influence the feature's development speed.
