Evaluate the target flow in dialogflow cx

I have a dialogflow cx agent with up to 20 question-answer (Q&A) intents and 5 complex flows. Since the user can answer one of the Q&A, I have set them in the Start page of Default Start Flow together with those that starts the 5 flows. The flows answer the first intent in Start page of Default Start Flow with a Question to the user and go to the specific flow that get the response to that question to continue.
My problem is that I would like the user have the possibility to ask some other intent when they are asnwer in the complex flows, that is, in the Start page of the secondary flows. Now, I'm using there the possible answers and the no-match event and, when I test with some other intent, it goes to the no-match event.
How can I set it to go to the Default Start Flow, evaluate the user input and answer whitout show the no-match event response? If I delete the no-match answer, it still wait for a new input.
Due to there are some intents and pages I wouldn't like setting all intents in all pages.
