To who plans to participate online,

DialDoc will be held hybrid via underline.io for ACL 2023 (link - https://underline.io/events/395/reception ). Once you are registered for ACL 2023, you will have access to the zoom link via underline.io. Please go check schedule for July 13 (Thu).

That should be the only way to access zoom link.
