Dialang stops working in the middle of the test

Recently, it has happened to me twice that, in the middle of the test, Dialang gives me an error message (in the web based version). It is normally towards the end of the test (missing a couple of questions to complete it), such that it is impossible to hear the audios or move on with the task.

We have tried re-starting the task and doing it from 0, but then the test does not work. Any idea of what the problem could be?
