Arc function with radius?...

Hi,

Before I create an enhancement request for this I thought I'd check
whether I'm missing something about arcs: it would be handy to have an
"arc" function that accepts a radius argument as the "wedge" function
does. I realize I can apply a scale to a unit radius arc but an
explicit radius version would be more convenient.

Nope, you're right, that doesn't exist. Feel free to file an
enhancement request (or a patch =).
