From https://diagrams.github.io/doc/quickstart.html there is supposed to be a link to the cabal-install tool, but the page is not found. Please advise.

Hi John,

Thanks for the report! That page is quite out of date and ought to be
updated --- I have made a note for myself to do so. In the meantime,
you can see some good introductory documentation on cabal here:
https://www.haskell.org/cabal/ .
