Coinciding with a key project milestone on Dec. 13, 2021, the Rush Line bus rapid transit (BRT) project transitioned to the Metropolitan Council as the METRO Purple Line. The proposed 15-mile transit route includes planned stations between Union Depot in Saint Paul and downtown White Bear Lake and will operate primarily in dedicated bus lanes seven days a week, serving stops every ten minutes during rush hours and every fifteen minutes during other times. Students can purchase $25.00 (including fees) rush tickets for select concerts up to 10 days in advance both online and in person at the David Geffen Hall Welcome Center. Accessible on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability, and not applicable to select premium seating.
