I would like to share my experience briefly and how my faith in Sai has remained consistent:
Our Daughter got sick one week prior to our trip to India, and she tested positive for Strep Throat. She was put on antibiotics and she was having a very hard time drinking water, let alone eating anything. Two days went by while on antibiotics and there was no improvement and we were getting closer to our departure day by day and were worried how we are going to be able to take the trip. We prayed to Sai Ram to make her better and we should not have any issues with the trip. We decided to take our daughter to the Pediatrician again to let them know she is not getting better and what to do. Doctor suggested we try a different antibiotic and advised that we start the new medicine right away and continue taking the medicine for the next 10 days.
At this time, we were three days away from departure and we had no idea if this new medicine would work but we continued to pray to Baba and told him to please make our daughter better so that her journey can be tolerable. Within the next two days her symptoms had subsided and was slowly able to eat little by little. By the time the departure date arrived, she was much better and mostly symptom free and we were able to complete our journey without any issues and she completely recovered.
It is completely Sai’s grace that we had enough time before our journey to figure out the medicine she was originally prescribed did not work, had ample time to get her on the new medicine and subside her symptoms and provide his child with a safe journey.
