The following items were revised: The sustainability and measurability requirements for global grants were expanded (Section I). Grant eligibility was updated to include medical camps and lifesaving surgeries (Section III). The amount of funding that must be provided by the international sponsor of humanitarian global grants was clarified (Section VI). Insurance coverage requirements were amended (Section IX). Updated district transition timeline An updated transition timeline for districts is available.   New club transition timeline A transition timeline for clubs is now available to help clubs prepare to begin using the new grant structure in 2013-14.
