Balloon Festival: Volunteers Needed

Good morning,

Every year, we volunteer to work the parking for the Defiance Balloon Festival at the Defiance County Airport. The United Way makes a sizable donation to the band, so if you are able to assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

This year, the festival is taking place on Saturday, August 2nd and we are in need of parents and band members to volunteer. If you are available to assist, please click the link below to fill out the Google Form with your name(s), shirt size and shift availability (you may sign up to work both shifts, if available).

The responses will close Friday, July 25th so I can get the shirt sizes to the United Way. We will hold a volunteer meeting in the band room on Thursday, July 31st, at 4:30p to go over lot assignments and pass out t-shirts.
