Lacrosse Kick-off Meeting & Dinner - Jan. 20th

Parents & Players,

 

Just a reminder that our Kick-off Meeting & Dinner will take place on Tuesday, January 20th in the DHS Cafeteria.  This is a mandatory meeting for lacrosse players and parents, as we discuss the upcoming season in greater detail.  Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., which will be catered by our new business sponsor, Galla’s Pizza.  Cost per person is $3.00 for spaghetti, salad, bread & dessert.  Please RSVP to Julie Pile - jwp...@comcast.net by this Friday, 1/16, with the number attending.  Money will be collected at the door and checks should be made payable to “The Stix Club”.  The meeting portion of the evening will begin after dinner.

 

Coach Sopko will be going over this year’s game schedule, practice schedule, parent-player agreement and will be available to answer any questions you might have.  Please remember that player dues ($575 for new players & freshman, $475 for returning players) are to be paid in full at this meeting.  Please see the attached for a listing of outstanding dues by player.  Please make checks payable to “The Stix Club”.  Anyone needing scholarship support should contact Dorte Bieber, Treasurer, or any member of the Board.

 

Board members will report on the budget for the upcoming year, uniforms, player packs & fundraising.  Lastly, please remember that copies of any missing forms should be turned in at this meeting as well...including a copy of the front and back of your insurance card.
