Pre-season workouts

Hello all, hope you are ready for a new semester at school and a year of lacrosse.

The boys lacrosse team will conditioning three times a week starting on Wednesday January 7th, on the lacrosse practice field from 3:30- 4:30pm. We will condition every Monday,Wednesday, Friday before our season. Those dates are as follows 2/7, 2/9, 2/12, 2/14, 2/16, Off MLK, 2/21, 2/23. Players on some days we will meet in my classroom before we go out to our field, but on 2/7 be on the grass with cleats, bring tennis shoes for classroom meetings/indoor running.
BE READY FOR THE 26th.

These workouts are highly encouraged before the season. They are competitive and focus on team building, I ask that all athletes that will be trying out for lacrosse to attend these workouts. Those athletes in other sports need not attend until your season is over. Any in season athlete please consult with your coach before attending a lacrosse function during their season. Lastly as far as school, commitment to the lacrosse program needs to come with academic success. You need to find time outside our set practice and game schedule to get your work done.

More information regarding the season will be presented at the Pot Luck Dinner on Tuesday January 20th in the High School Cafe.

Just a little less than 21 days a away. Start getting excited.
