DHS Lacrosse – Corporate Sponsorships

Dear Lacrosse Parents:

We are in the process of contacting existing and prospective corporate sponsors for DHS lacrosse and we need your help!  As you may know, this is our biggest fundraising source for DHS lacrosse so your help is much appreciated.

We are putting together a list of companies to contact and would like to utilize all of the good contacts that we as a group have.  To do this, we are requesting that every lacrosse family provide at least TWO suggestions for corporate sponsors, which Jim Morris and I (or you, if you prefer) will contact about sponsoring DHS lacrosse.  More than two suggestions is welcome.  Here’s what we need – provide what you have and leave blank what you don’t:

Ideal candidates for corporate sponsorships are companies that have some connection to Dunwoody (which includes the Perimeter Business District), particularly those that you or your employer do business with.  Think about your contractor, electrician, HVAC company, or others who would be receptive to sponsoring because of the business you do with them.  We will be contacting the usual suspects like Publix, Fresh Market and other businesses in Dunwoody Village, so no need to suggest those unless you have a good contact with one of them.

We are also working on a flyer describing sponsorship levels which will be emailed separately.
