Since DHMN doesn't have a facility yet, it's a relatively moot point, but I like the 7hills approach to 'sponsored membership' for people who want to use the space (at least for 24/7 access or for using the equipment).

I'm going to reach out to 7hills to find out their history on how they got the sponsorship/funding for the space -- looks pretty cool.
