Tommorrow night DHMN is working with the teens at the Appleton Library to make LED Throwies.
Unfortunately, the batteries were misplaced and cannot be found.
Buying the batteries locally is going to cost $2-$4 per battery!
Does anyone know of a good source locally for cheaper batteries, or do you have a quantity of batteries we could purchase cheaper?
Thank you!

I have a number of older, used cells. I'll bring them tonight to test voltage.

These batteries are just for hooking up an LED to them, so any 3V LED should work. I think the usual standard for LED throwies is the CR2032 coin cell battery,

How many are needed? I can ask for some to be donated if you tell me exactly what you need.

Thanks for the help, but the event was last Tuesday. The librarian found the missing batteries at the last moment, and Jake brought some, so we had more than enough.
