DHMN Makerspace layout with some dimensions

attached is a marked up layout of the DHMN makerspace at Morrison St. with some dimensions in case you're thinking about what can be done in the space. Let me know if there are any other dimensions you're wondering about.

I'm not sure if this has been covered anywhere, if so point me in the right direction: Is there outdoor space - courtyard or something for working on smaller projects that require ventilation, like painting stuff.

not really a courtyard space, but there are some outside areas that can likely be used for small paint projects, especially in evening or weekends. you'll have to walk around bldg to see if it fits your needs, although Bing maps or Google maps will give you an idea of the layout. will have to plan for paint booths in second makerspace!

It's not something that I would personally use, but I knew it had come up as one of the things people would be interested in using the space for.

 

I'd probably be hunting more for space to put green, living, growing things.But my parent's have a big enough yard right now to accomodate that, so it's not a huge deal. :D
