The East Asian Digital Scholarship Community Hour is an experimental and casual community-building event. It aims to provide a platform for scholars, graduate students, in particular, to share their ideas, skills, big and small projects, and learn from each other. The event will be one hour in length, 40 minutes for presentations, and 20 minutes for discussion. If you are interested in presenting, please fill in the Google Form (https://link.ws/EADSCH-Present). Otherwise, you are welcome to participate as an audience member.

Examples of presentation topics include but are not limited to the following:

  • Your use cases of datasets, databases, tools, and software with East Asian foci;
  • A digital tool or workflow you built;
  • An on-going digital project that needs suggestions and comments;
  • A potential collaboration that needs more hands-on deck.

The event is sponsored by the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies and the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies. We are looking forward to seeing you.
