Dear colleagues,

The JapanLab at the University of Texas at Austin is looking to hire an Assistant Professor of Instruction in Japanese Studies. The JapanLab is an innovative digital humanities program in which faculty collaborate with undergraduate students to make free educational video games for teaching Japanese Studies. In addition to teaching JapanLab-related courses, the successful candidate will also serve as Executive Director and have the opportunity to shape the future of the program. If this seems like a good fit for you, please apply! If this sounds like a good fit for someone you know, we would appreciate you spreading the word. Questions about the position or application can be directed to me at jessa...@austin.utexas.edu.

Applications are due March 16th and should be submitted here: https://faculty.utexas.edu/career/176467

Thanks,
Jessa
