Webhook API , Data Forwarding API , or Notifications API for DHIS2

Dear DHIS2 Users,

While I can see the REST APIs for DHIS2 in the documentation, I have not found anything on Webhook API , Data Forwarding API , or Notifications API! Is it possible to configure Data Forwarding like it is in CommCare? Like I tell DHIS2 to forward data to a given secure URL, every time data is submitted?
