Nominate Candidates for Officers and Board Members

It's time to elect new officers and executive board members to lead the organization in 2023-24!
All interested people may express interest in being nominated to serve. You may, and are encouraged to, self-nominate. If you nominate others, please make sure they are willing to serve. Graduate students are invited to participate as officers, executive board members, and in other roles supporting the organization's activities. Additional information about officer positions is attached.

Nominations will end on July 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Nominees will be contacted for their consent to be included on the ballot and for a brief statement of interest to be included with their names. The final slate of candidates will be determined by the current officers based on the interest expressed by nominees.
Elections will be held by electronic ballot that will be sent to all people on the organization's e-mail list. Elections will begin June 23, 2023, at 9:00 am and will be open until 5:00 pm June 30, 2023, at 5:00 pm. For additional information about the organization, go to https://dhcnc.org/
