That is an interesting word.

Things are getting critical, I have to change, I can change.

I would like to acknowledge my critique and apologise to the group for my negativity and to tell you I am going to catch myself in future and you have my permission to call me on it if you catch me doing it.

Any good idea anyone ever has, I find a flaw.

It is subtle.

If I have undermined anything any of you are up to in life,I apologise.

If I gave you advice and you acted on it, I invite you to look. Was the outcome positive, or negative?

Did you start something, then stop because I pointed out a pitfall?

If you did, please start doing it again.

I may even have dressed it up as a counter positive. Take a look!

The REAL pitfall is MY negativity. I have no idea what works because none of my business models are running and the whole world can be counter intuitive.

Once it is up and running perhaps look and tweak but only then.

Get back into flow and consider me a rock you had to swim around, you probably need not have engaged with me.

I promise to be smoother when the tide turns and not to give you such a rough ride.

Who knows?

I may even melt into your dreams!

Mark,

It is seven o'clock on Sunday morning.
It is raining outside. A beautiful consistent rain.
I here the water move off my roof and into the gutters.

There is something about that sound that heals my heart.
I cannot explain.

I let it in willingly.

As far as your observation and request.

I cannot think of anything you have ever done or said that
had me wincing, or thinking myself a bad person or I
considered negative.

If by chance I have done something you had
suggested then I take responsibility for listening to you
and letting you in. There is nothing you do that I have
not created for myself so If I listened and it has caused
negativity it is only there because I have attracted negativity
in my life.

There is nothing and no one to forgive other than myself.

And the only reason I need to forgive myself is because
I have experienced pain and guilt and shame at an
age when I did not know any better. I allowed negativity
into my life when I could not protect myself and until lately
it has taken a hold of me like a rabid dog, infecting me,
and I infecting everyone I come in contact with.

****

I just had an image of a fisherman throwing out bait into
a pond and seeing all the fish that come around to try
and eat it.

There is nothing you send out that certain people are
not hungry for. It is what they crave. It is what they
are conditioned to do. It is what they are hungry for.
If they eat it they have to take responsibility t even if
they do not know any better and are caught.

****

I wish you and everyone else listening here could
hear the rain fall on my roof. It's so beautiful.

Nothing seems to be competing for its' attention.

Nice.

Hey, normal AS/ HFA behavior!! ;)

It can be helpful, especially when used diplomatically.

Good luck in your positivity!
