Hello all,

I realize this might not be the typical or permitted use of this Google Group, but when Claire, Don, and I share about Shaymaa we get many offers to help. Now is the time! (We hope). Here is her GoFundMe link: https://gofund.me/fe602f5c

Of course there is no pressure, and this crowdfunding effort has no connection with the Dharmata Foundation (though at the last Austin retreat Claire told Anam about Shaymaa and he expressed his interest, and he told me to stay in touch about it).

In the past two weeks we have, with the help of Rebuilding Alliance, been able to secure her visa and medical evacuation permissions that could land her here with us any week now. Potentially with an escort (her father or her aunt). Fingers crossed.
