hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know that we have the regular schedule this week...

Sunday 10-noon meditation, followed by talk and discussion on the fourth thought that turns the mind to the Dharma (the defects of samsara)

Monday - Friday @ 7:30 - 8:15 Morning Meditation lightly guided or maybe occasionally unguided.

Tuesday @ 6:30-8 p.m. Dharma Discussion & Book study.

All are welcome to all events at the regular zoom link.
