Mary Vance Celebration of Life, tomorrow June 7

Hi Everybody,

I thought it might be helpful for those wanting to attend the service tomorrow to have more detail about the event and I actually thought I had sent this out earlier but in case I didn't ...

Dan Martaus, Mary Vance's husband, extended an invitation to everyone in our sangha to attend.  The service will be inside in the Great Room at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center beginning at 11.  You might want to get there a few minutes early for parking. You can tell the person at the entrance you are attending the Mary Vance's service so you do not have to pay admission.  There will be seating for everyone.  Dan and Mary's sisters and others will say a few words and tell a few stories.  Dan has put together a wonderful video of Mary Vance's life and work as a journalist and on television.   Anyone who wishes to tell a story about Mary will be invited to do so.  After the service, attendees will be invited to stay for tacos and visit.  

Dan asked me to welcome everyone and introduce so I will say a few words about Mary and our sangha.
