Hi everyone, 

We had a great "hybrid" half-day retreat at Abilene Trail on Sunday, April 3 and plan to have another half-day retreat on May 1st  (8 am to noon) so mark your calendars for that. It was very special for those of us who are locals, gathering in person and chanting together, having some 3D contact.  We are grateful to Adolph and Donna Wetegrove for allowing us to use their beautiful space.   If we ever took that for granted, we certainly don't now and we also don't know how long we might have access to that space since they are considering other uses for that house, such as short-term-rental.  

For the rest of April, our regularly scheduled zoom events are:

Sunday, April 17 - Practice and Dharma talk 10 - noon

Sunday April 24 - Practice 10 - 11

Tuesday April 19 & April 26 - Book group & Dharma Discussion -6:30 - 8 pm

We are reading Vajra Heart Revisited. This coming week (April 19) we will attempt to cover "Comparing Mahamudra and Dzogchen" and "Three Words Striking the Vital Point".  April 26 Chapter is TBD depending on how much we cover but likely to be the next 2 sections - "Point Directly to Naked Awareness" and "Pointing Out."

every Monday - Friday  - Morning Meditation 7:30 - 8:15

Anam Thubten's schedule is always posted here and  usually gives teachings every other Sunday. Their practice begins at noon central and talks are usually at 1.   He has an upcoming Dzogchen retreat May 14-15 that you might want to check out.

I'm transitioning to a once-a-month schedule announcement and aim to post it (next time obviously) at the beginning of the month. Mostly the only thing that changes with our schedule is which chapter we are on in book study and whether there is a talk on Sunday or not. The Sunday talks are tending to be every other week for now (subject to change).
