Hi Janet!
Fernando suggested I send this to you for distribution to the larger group. I have a lot of email addresses, but no way to know if I have enough.
Retreat is Dec.13-15 in Virginia Beach
Nearby airport is Norfolk International Airport (ORF it's about 15 minutes from the temple)

We will be able to provide transportation needs to and from the airport as well as the hotels.
Monastic members will stay at the temple and non monastic members will be able to stay at any of the nearby hotels. Also, Ruth has two double beds in her home that she can offer. There may be other members of the sangha that can offer space, but I realize this may be difficult for people to make travel plans around.

I'm sure we will have several people that will be able to help with pickups and transportation to and from the temple, hotels, etc. We may even be able to have an extra car or two that we can loan out.
