3) BGF MAHA SANGHIKA DANA 2019

BGF will be organising an auspicious ceremony of Maha Sanghika Dana and Offering of Requisites. This time of the year coincides with the Rains Retreat (vassa), which will be an opportune time for us to provide support to the Sangha for protecting, preserving, and teaching the Dhamma through the centuries.

4) CPR WORKSHOP @ BGF

While you cant predict when an emergency will occur, you can be PREPARED!
Because sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, activation of 999 with effective CPR and early AED use is the best way to make a difference!

In this workshop, you will
- Learn how to recognise a cardiac event
- Learn how to deliver effective CPR
- Learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
