Dear Dhamma Friends,
My name is Lal Senanayake, and I am writing to you today as the Dana Coordinator for Dhammadharini Support Foundation. I have been a part of this amazing community for many years, and I consider the opportunity to support the Bhikkhuni Sangha as an amazing gift in my life. As the Dana Coordinator, my role is to coordinate the daily meal dana and basic requisites donations for the Dhammadharini monastic community.
As we all continue to navigate through these challenging times, our monastic community is also struggling to find support to meet their basic monastic needs. In response to this, we have decided to extend our weekly grocery Hot Lunch/groceries/basic requisites offering program aimed at supporting the Bhikkhunis. This program has been in existence for many years, and we have mostly had local supporters participating currently. We are now enabling this program for a larger group of supporters who can participate remotely.
We are reaching out to you, our valued dhamma supporters, to invite you to participate in this program. Whether you live locally or remotely, you can easily sign up and contribute to this worthy cause on a weekly basis. Currently, the weekly dana offering calendar is open for most of the weeks for the rest of the year. This program provides a convenient way for you to offer dana to the Bhikkhunies in meeting their daily basic monastic needs.
If you are interested in participating, please contact me for more information on the program and how to sign up. Your support will be greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to working closely with each and every one of you.
Thank you for your continued support of our Bhikkhunies and Buddha Sasana.
