Welcome to join us tomorrow, Sunday August 22nd for the Full Moon Uposatha meditation, Dhamma sharing, and Q&A from 7-9pm PDT*: “Exploring the Hindrances and Disentanglement: The Abhidhamma Perspective.” The evening will be hosted by Ven. Sobhana Theri at Dhammadharini Monastery, with special guest speaker Ven. Sakya Dhammadinna Bhikkhuni live from India (7:30-9:30am Aug 23rd IST India time).

This program will be Part 2 of 2 on "EXPLORING THE HINDRANCES & DISENTANGLEMENT," and is the 2nd program in Dhammadharini's 6-Part 2021 Vassa Uposatha Program "EXPLORING CITTĀNUPASSANA - Mindfulness of the Mind and States of Mind" series, hosted by Dhammadharini Monastery. 

HOW TO JOIN:

• Zoom: To receive the Zoom details, please register for the full the full series of teachings on our website. You will receive the Zoom link which will remain the same for the whole series.

• To join via YouTube go to the Dhammadharini Monastery channel

• To join via Facebook Live go to the Dhammadharini page on Facebook.
