ในช่วงเวลาวิกฤตของสภาพสังคมและบ้านเมือง ยังไงอย่าลืมดูแลสุขภาพกายและ “ใจ” ของตนเองไว้ให้ดีนะครับ ^_^

ชีวิตคนเรานั้นมีแต่ความไม่แน่นอน

แข็งแรงอยู่ดีดี ก็ อาจป่วยได้อย่างกระทันหัน

ชีวิตเรามีแต่ความเคลื่อนไหวเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา

โลกมันเปลี่ยนไปตลอดเวลา

พวกเรามาหัดภาวนา เพื่อมาเข้าใจความจริงของชีวิต

เข้าใจความเป็นจริงของโลก

ชีวิตเราในโลกนี้ มันก็มีแต่ความเจริญแล้วก็เสื่อม

มีลาภ แล้วเสื่อมลาภ

มียศ แล้วเสื่อมยศ

มีสรรเสริญ ก็มีนินทา

มีสุข แล้วต้องมีทุกข์

ไม่มีใครหนีพ้น แม้แต่พระพุทธเจ้า..
