Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that we (Mirpur Hub) have received this parcel from REDX Central Mother Hub. The rider finds the parcel defective .The delivery agent went to deliver this parcel. When the customer opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent, the customer found some missing part of this parcel. Then the customer return his parcel. Mirpur Hub will not take any responsibility for this parcel. I have shared the video of this parcel and parcel id.
