Hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you that we (Puran dhaka Hub) have received this mentioned parcel from ( Keraniganj Hub.) When Our delivery agent went to deliver this parcel to the customer, the customer opened it in front of the delivery agent, the customer found this parcel in damaged condition inside the package, so the customer refused to receive the parcel and returned it without delivery charge. puran dhaka Hub will not take any responsibility for this parcel. I have shared the video of the damaged parcel and parcel id.
