I am writing to inform you that I have been unable to reach one of our merchants regarding their return parcel. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any response.
As per our return policy, it is important that we receive the returned item within the specified timeframe. However, due to the merchant's unavailability, I am afraid that we may not be able to meet this requirement.
I kindly request your assistance in this matter. Please let me know if there are any alternative ways to contact the merchant or if you have any suggestions on how we can proceed with the return process.
